Supervision and mentoring
integrity in the workplace
Our supervision approach looks at ways to ensure both staff in the workplace and clients' interests are met in an organisational context. Our goal is to encourage maximum awareness, confidence and skills. We provide three kinds of supervision and mentoring:
1. Clinical supervision for family workers (client-based intervention efficacy)
2. Management, Professional Development and Personal communications efficacy (many frameworks)
3. Governance support to Board members (based on Australian Standards 8000- 8004).
Our preferred approach is through agreement. We also work well with small group sessions, followed by one-to-one work where prioritised issues are agreed. We provide the service in normal workplaces, and can also run specialist workshops. We charge for report writing for the service for organisational development issues. We form written agreements regarding confidentiality with each participant. We can provide a standard Policy document that provides a template for determining your Supervision and mentoring position.
