We have found the Lencioni model of results-focus the best we have reviewed and used since 1988. We provide services associated with restructure, re-training, supervision, mentoring and leadership development. We also help organisations fund the development of new buildings, find new locations and manage change transitions with their assets including IT. We also work with project teams to ensure an On Time, On Budget approach. Best of all, we go for organisational clarity. We encourage executive teams to set aside "my operational goals, my need for acknowledgement, my career, my unit's efforts and me me me..." in place of "our results, our thematic goal, our strategic work, our accountabilities, our fun, our commitments, our debates, and our trust".
